Our members own EMA. A key part of EMA is the power that our members can achieve
through their common association. Together we can make a difference. With the
strength of numbers and the influence of a broad range of ideas and experience
our members are a powerful Voice
in our community.
We provide direct services that are aimed at helping our members, whatever
they do. No matter how large and small they may be, we can help. We can
provide help where an enterprise can not justify employing specialist
HR or legal staff. For larger members we work with and add to the work
done by dedicated professionals.
We have a wide range of Employee Relations,
Employment Law and OHS
services. For any project to be well managed and achieve its objectives
excellent planning and strategic assessment is required. We call this
level of our services 'Planit'.
EMA Training offers a wide range of Seminars
that focus on practical and common sense approaches to real life situations.
In the manufacturing area our MAG group
works with businesses to make them more successful.
