How often do you have a question about employment that you don't know the answer to? Do you have a problem with an employee? Would you like to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about, who listens to you and who gives common sense solutions? We have the people who can help you. If you want to have employment conditions that everyone can understand and which promote the goals of your enterprise then we can do it. If you need to be professionally represented in employment negotiations or disputes then we can front up for you. We help employers successfully manage their employee relations and avoid costly problems every day. No issue is too big or small. Our members have an employee relations consultant as their personal contact and who can help them on a wide range of issues. We have experienced human resource professionals who have worked in management roles. Many are lawyers and others have human resource or business qualifications. You can have confidence in us!
