employer guides - providing you with the answers

What obligations do employers and employees have? How would you deal with a sexual harassment complaint? Can you require an employee to retire? What must you do to comply with safety laws?

EMA has the answers to employment questions. We have a series of plain English Employer Guides covering a wide range of employment subjects.

EMA Employer Guides are widely recognised as a valuable resource for employers of any organization size or structure. The Employer Guides are available free to download off our website by members.
