e-Profiler Takes The Guesswork Out Of Staff Recruitment

Those niggling doubts will soon be reduced considerably for EMA members who access Selector e-Profiler, an on-line candidate screening and selection tool (psychometric assessment), developed by Auckland-based Selector Group. This tool is designed to assist decisions about recruitment, team development, succession planning, and training.
