The flagship of the Selector Group product range, SPA, is a comprehensive computer-based multiphasic psychometric assessment product designed to measure reasoning ability, stress symptoms, vocational orientation, thinking styles, interpersonal competencies, work styles and coping strategies. Of most value for assessing senior and intermediate level staff, SPA is based on 20 years of research in the field of applied selection.

SPA has 8 modules. The total cost for all 8 modules is $300 per assessment.
