wage and salary information

Benchmarking wages and salaries makes good sense. Employers should compare rates of pay with comparable positions so that they can make informed choices about their employment costs.

Our survey is undertaken in conjunction with the three other New Zealand employer organisations and surveys a large cross section of employers throughout the country. The survey covers a broad range of jobs and employment sectors. In addition to wage and salary comparisons our survey provides a commentary on labour market issues. It also contains general information about conditions of employment such as overtime and penal rates, motor vehicle provisions, medical insurance, superannuation and leave entitlements.
