About Angela

Angela has been an employment relations consultant since 1990.

Angela acts as an employer advocate in collective bargaining for a wide range of industries and employers, both for single employer collective agreements and multiemployer collective agreements, and advises her clients on the full spectrum of employment relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary situations, personal grievances and disputes, restructuring and redundancies, industrial action, and employment agreements - basically anything to do with the employment of people and the issues that can arise. Angela also undertakes investigations in the public and private sectors, often arising from complaints relating to harassment, bullying and the like.

Angela manages the employment relations team and oversees the quality of the employment relations services provided by EMA.
