Profile:

Kerin is a senior consultant based in Wellington, and gives practical advice on improving business performance. Kerin has developed a unique product “OCEX” A Pathway to Business Success which has already been utilised successfully by a number of EMA members.

An experienced line manager and HR manager, Kerin has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources Management with a particular interest in performance management, remuneration, organisation development and working with organisations to develop and/or change their workplace culture.

Kerin's previous experience includes senior management roles with Fletcher Challenge, Kiwi Co-operative Dairies (now Fonterra), and Tegel Foods. He was project leader for a major workplace change initiative that won the HRINZ Human Resources Initiative of the year award.

Kerin joined EMA Central in 2006.
