About Paul

Paul Winter joined EMA as CEO in November 1999. Paul brought to the association many years of experience as a CEO and director in organisations as diverse as our members. This included many years in air transport roles both domestically and internationally based in the Orient and Australia. It also included running the leading inbound tour operators and a franchise chain of retail travel outlets. Paul has assisted the voluntary sector, managed a Crown Entity - the Tourism Board and established and operated a successful Tourism Industry Association.
