Sheridan has an LLB and BA, majoring in Psychology.

Sheridan has extensive knowledge across a wide range of HR areas. Initially working in Employee Relations at EMA, she has recently undertaken HR Manager roles’ both in NZ and the United Kingdom. Sheridan believes working closely alongside a business and understanding the key drivers and motivators within an organisation are critical to the successful delivery of quality HR services. Her skills involve exit interview and data analysis, implementation of talent management and succession plans, change management, in addition to her more generalist HR skills. She has a practical approach and prides herself in the delivery innovative solutions appropriate to the organisations she works with.
