Certificates

A certificate will be issued on completion of a seminar.

Cancellations – Transfers – Refunds

We require two clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a full refund or transfer to another course. Registrations that are cancelled with less than two working days notice will not be eligible for a transfer or refund, but participants will receive the handout material. Substitute participants are always welcome.

Unless such notice is given, full course fees are payable and refunds will not be given.

Should a course fail to attract a minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel it, in which case participants will be advised through the contact person listed on the application.

Special Needs

Should participants have any special requirements such as wheel chair access, please advise the Seminar Centre in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Dietary Considerations

Where participants have any special dietary restrictions due to health or religious belief, could we please be advised at the application stage so that our caterers can be informed well in advance.

Alterations

At the time of publishing this programme all venues etc are confirmed. However dates are subject to alteration due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel seminars where applications do not reach sufficient numbers to cover costs.
Alternatively where seminars become over subscribed all attempts will be made to arrange additional dates of which members will be notified.

Evaluation

Care is taken to ensure that our seminars are of the greatest value to participants. So that both the individual and your organisation derive the maximum benefit from attending we strongly recommend that nominees are briefed prior to attendance on:

• Reason for selection to attend
• Course content
• Desired results for participant for and sponsoring organisation

After the seminar they should be de-briefed on:

• Did the course meet their expectations?
• What principally did the participant gain from attendance?
• What will the participant implement in the work situation?

A bulk booking discount of 20% applies where you book five or more people at the same time on any of our half day or full day events (non funded).
