Kiwisaver
KiwiSaver is scheme to provide for individual savings principally through the workplace. Employers must facilitate the enrolment of employees into the KiwiSaver scheme and comply with the legislation for enrolment, payroll deductions, employer contributions and administration of the Act in the workplace.

One of the most important issues in employment for employees is getting the right pay and there is a legal responsibility for employers to pay on time and correctly. This seminar provides participants with an understanding of how the payroll system works in complying with the law. It will also provide knowledge that will facilitate manual checking when an entitlement is questioned by an employee.

Employment Relations Kit
The Employment Relations Kit is designed for small employers with 10 staff or less, but is equally suitable for branches or departments of larger enterprises where there is a need to improve the employment procedures.
Funding from the Employment Relations Education (ERE) fund has allowed us to create this ER Kit and provide the workshops for a participant fee of just $50 plus GST.
The participant fee is until 30 June 2010.
The kit contains reference material and all the forms you will need to effectively manage your employment processes.
You can apply for 3 hours Employment Realtions Consultancy when attending this course for only $50+GST (one per company).
