This programme is aimed at workplaces with trade unions and is focused on creating effective workplace partnerships by replacing outdated and inefficient models of conflict with co-operation and successful collaboration. To be successful, organisations require outstanding leadership, clear aspirational goals that engage everyone and an organisational culture that inspires everyone to raise their game. Success, however, is determined by how the workforce performs.
