This programme is aimed at business leaders and senior managers who are charged with developing and sustaining highly effective and productive businesses. For people at this level time is at a premium and this programme has been especially designed to cover the essential issues and requirements of business growth that can sometimes lose out to more reactive operational needs. It also gives leaders time with other leaders to consider similar issues. It runs over 8 weeks and addresses key business development issues including vision, strategic goals, culture and leadership, planning and operational goals, markets and service, getting the best out of people, communications, action planning, reviewing business performance and getting the required business results.
