We have four generations in the workplace. The events and conditions each of us experience during our formative years help define who we are and how we view the world. There are more similarities than differences between these generations. The differences though, are such that if they are ignored could have significant impacts on your organisation. Because of these differences, the generations will have varying needs from their manager and organisation. This seminar identifies and addresses some of those needs.
