Introduction to People Management

There are those who enter Supervisory/Team Leader positions because they are very good workers and find themselves having responsibility for employees. It is hoped that they would have a good idea of how to manage employees which is not always the case (just as in parenting......everyone who has a child doesn’t necessarily know how to parent well, and some key practical strategies will put them on the right track). This seminar seeks to do the same by providing some first principles of managing employees.
