Change and how to go about it

It is often suggested that the only constant in life today is change. Change is all around us – at work, at home, in our social life, in politics, in the financial world and so on. There is no escaping change. However we all respond differently - some of us embrace it, some try to hide, others resist, others deny, some love it and want more!  How we respond to change has a major impact on our lives and especially on our workplaces. We can learn to manage change effectively, even if we don’t particularly want it.
