Most workplaces are continually exploring ways of improving productivity and therefore profitability. There are a multitude of systems approaches to these issues – Business Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma and so on.
This programme focuses on the people aspect of productivity – how to lead for productivity, how to engage the workforce, clarifying who is responsible for what, what do people have to do to support systems designed to improve productivity, how to get and sustain buy-in.
