Strengthening Personal and Professional Resilience
This training has been developed from leading edge research on resilience. It is designed to equip participants with practical tools to build resilience in professional and personal roles.
Specific content:
• Review of stress and peak performance.
• Overview of psychological resilience.
• Scientific research on resilience - what are the components of resilience?
• Translating the research into action - the building blocks of resilience.
• Physical health, flexible thinking, relaxation tools, realistic optimism, managing emotions under pressure, smart working and tools from positive psychology.
• Applying the resilience tools - putting the skills into practice.
The building blocks of resilience, and how to apply the tools, form the largest component of the training.
This workshop is interactive and employs a range of experiential learning styles.
