•    Critically analyse concepts and theories relevant to strategic management
•    Explain and evaluate the processes of strategy formulation, implementation and control
•    Apply appropriate methods of strategic analysis to develop plans in response to organisational issues and changes
•    Develop plans for undertaking organisational change processes to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency
