Dealing with Discrimination and Harrasment

A safe working environment is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment and bullying. All employers and employees have a responsibility to ensure that their behaviour is safe and supportive for all in the workplace.
Although most people are aware of what discrimination and harassment is, we still hear of and see occurrences of this in the workplace. So being aware does not necessarily remove or prevent discrimination and harassment from occurring.
This course focuses on preventing and removing discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
