This is a workshop for those who want to get much more out of the employment interview. It equips you to predict how a candidate will behave once they are in the job. You will learn how to tap into attitudes and values, the aspects that can make or break a job. It will help you to see into peoples’ blind-spots and get behind their masks. And the best part is that the techniques are very easy to learn and apply. Whether this is your first interview or your hundredth you will quickly master the skills of moving from a selection interview to a prediction interview.
