Effective Communications Skills

While this workshop is aimed at a basic level it will also be a good refresher for all participants. The skills that will be learned will be of benefit to participants in both their work and personal lives. Effective communication forms the basis for all relationships, work or otherwise. When messages get muddled by the sender, or misinterpreted by the recipient it can cause confusion, wasted effort and missed opportunity. Getting the basics right is one way of reducing or removing confusion, maximising effort and opportunities.
